Rev. David Andes
David came on staff with FLM in 1998. He and Katherine married in 1990 and live in Irmo, SC with their two sons. David grew up in both Philadelphia and Northern Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his MDiv from Columbia International University. He has a background in tennis teaching and utility cost analysis. He loves riding his tandem bike, coaching Special Olympic tennis, canoeing, watching historical documentaries, walking the family dog, and sitting on the back deck early summer mornings.

David's Prayer Request: Pray for Holy Spirit energizing to finish the Spring ministry season strong. Pray for me as I represent South Carolina at the Special Olympics USA Games in Minneapolis June 20-27 as a tennis coach.

Katherine Praise and Prayer Request: Grateful to the Good Shepherd for giving me clarity, peace and an awareness of the Spirit as I spoke at our church women's retreat on Mar 20-21. Patient endurance and joy during this season of parenting up (mother - 92) and parenting down (Austin and Cameron). Pray that Shiloh Communities, will find favor with many.

Austin (27) Prayer Request-: Austin: Pray for the start-up non-profit, Shiloh Communities, as they raise funds. Katherine is on the board. The goal a few years down the road is to have a faith centered living community for differently abled adults like Austin. The organization has property and has hired its first CEO. Also, pray that Austin would consistently experience peace.
