Rev. David Andes
David came on staff with FLM in 1998. He and Katherine married in 1990 and live in Irmo, SC with their two sons. David grew up in both Philadelphia and Northern Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his MDiv from Columbia International University. He has a background in tennis teaching and utility cost analysis. He loves riding his tandem bike, coaching Special Olympic tennis, canoeing, watching historical documentaries, walking the family dog, and sitting on the back deck early summer mornings.

David's Praise and Prayer Request: Praise for a sweet time of connecting during the first vacation with just David's siblings. Pray for a keen sense of prioritization as we enter the fall ministry season.

Katherine Praise and Prayer Request: Praise for an impactful and fruitful mission trip to Kurdistan! Continued patient endurance and joy during this season of parenting up (mother - 92) and parenting down (Austin and Cameron).

Austin Prayer Request- Age 27: Pray that God would provide just the right respite care worker by the end of August. God has been faithful in bringing just the right helpers over and over! May He do it again. Pray for "what's next" for his weekly routine and his independence.

Cameron Prayer Request- Age 22: Praise that he started a job on July 21st! Pray for God's provision of a life-coach moving forward. Continue to pray that he will come to fully embrace the ONE who has him in His hands.
