David came on staff with FLM in 1998. He and Katherine married in 1990 and live in Irmo, SC with their two sons. David grew up in both Philadelphia and Northern Wisconsin. He received his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his MDiv from Columbia International University. He has a background in tennis teaching and utility cost analysis. He loves riding his tandem bike, coaching Special Olympic tennis, canoeing, watching historical documentaries, walking the family dog, and sitting on the back deck early summer mornings.
I'm thankful for: The fact that God is reliable, dependable, trustworthy and infinitely, eternally, and unchangeably FAITHFUL. He WILL accomplish His purposes in my life!
I'm thankful for: The model and counsel of wise and humble men whom God has sovereignly placed in my life. They encourage and inspire me to keep pressing on.
I'm thankful for: How God has provided for the material needs of Focused Living for 28 years as well as for providing for my family.
I'm thankful for: The perspective that the Gospel is the one great permanent circumstance in my life and God forces all trials I experience to submit to His Gospel purposes.
